Today is my son birthday and I ordered the cake ahead of time. I came to pick up the cake and the cake it's not ready. It's is absurd how badly we got treated. This is a special occasion for our family and they didn't care. They refund me the money and sent me on my way after we drove and hour to pick up the cake that was already paid for. Horrible customer service. The price is too high and very inconsiderate staffing. They just ruined my sons birthday party.
