        I put in a work order 12/2/16 today is 12/15/16 no one has been to my home. The tech lied to American home shield like he came out this past Saturday and no one was home. He called me 2 hours ago and said he was on the way never showed up and will not answer my phone calls or reply to text. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

        Worst customer service ever!!!! I have a home warranty on my rental home and Taynor Gardner are who they sent to work on my furnace. They cut and stripped out all my wiring and did not repair it. They cashed my service call fee check and we never heard from them again! I ended up having to buy a whole new furnace!!!! Beware of these con artists!
