My 96 year old grandmother bought a 2006 Suzuki Forenza from this dealership on 4-6-15. Regardless that the Catalytic converter passed an inspection on 4-2-15, the car's catalytic converter was so stopped up on 5-15-15 that it burnt out the two sensors. The vehicle had been in a previous accident but salesman denied it. Since 5-15-15 the car overheated twice with the thermostat housing being replaced. At this time spark plugs and wires were discovered in bad condition. One spark plug had electrical tape wrapped around the ceramic portion due to a crack. Wire connectors at the spark plug ends were falling apart, one which had also been taped with electrical tape. Brake shoes were completely worn and had to be replaced. Rear struts were bad with one being broken. By 8-28-15 the car would no longer start. Starter was replaced, battery checked but reason for "no start" yet to be determined. We do not believe that the vehicle was properly inspected and that the salesman was unfair and deceptive.

This company use to be a good company, but they sold my account off to a very crappy Mid Atlantic Finance Company out of Florida. They are a shady company and if your account gets sold off to them by Quality Motors good luck. They said I had to pay off my account then repossessed my Jeep when I had never been late on my payment. For this I WILL NEVER buy from Quality Motors nor would I EVER suggest anyone doing business with them... EVER
