        Overall

        Very disappointed. They made several dishonest statements to me and I had to prove them wrong. Then they offer me a ridiculously low trade based on auction price and only based it on lesser models of my car. When I questioned them on their statements I got poor answers like"I don't know why". People want a fair deal and my experience is that they are looking for ways to skirt around giving a fair deal. Just one man's experience.
