        Mike Allen, Jim's son, arrived promptly, and began work immediately; no cigarette breaks for this man! He did as much in 1 hour as prior plumbers did in 3: and, all his work was meticulous, and he cleaned up before he left. Yes, I will use him again, when necessary.
