It's Your Party

I am writing this to voice my complete dissatisfaction with how my mother and I were both treated by Bonnie, the owner, and the matter in which our order was handled. Throughout the entire process they made no effort to reach out to us regarding our order status, we had to constantly chase her and she was utterly unapologetic to the lack of service we received. This was out sixth time utilizing their services and we were brushed aside. Bonnie made it quite clear when she referred to my “inexpensive invitations” (in front of a friend of mine, which I find to be incredibly unprofessional) , that our order was not large enough to demand any attention from her. She also insisted to be paid in full before our entire order was completed. I waited over 2 months after she received payment for my order to be filled to completion and once I received the envelopes, they were still unacceptable. She had excuse after excuse as to why certain items were not done, and was rude and unhelpful.
