Ourisman Chevrolet of Marlow Heights

I like ourisman because they listen and they are patience with you, also I like the fact that they let you test drive the cars. When I visited ourisman I knew what I wanted and they don' t try to talk you in changing your mind. The only thing that I don't like about ourisman is the waiting when they already have your paperwork.

August of this year, I took my brother to this place and I referred him to Eric, the sales rep. During this time, Eric told me that I would get a referral fee, which is a $100 but he's going to give me $200 as a token of appreciation.

Eric had me to come up to Ourisman twice; only to tell me he wanted to see me and find out it wasn't a check there for me. So, he treated me to a case of strawberries one time and lunch the other time.

He told me that a check should be there on 10/10. I call on 10/11 and spoke with the Accounting department; only to find out there was never a referral fee request submitted by Eric. My response, "Wow! Are you serious?

I was transferred to Eric's supervisor who stated that he will speak with Eric and call me back. I, specifically told Magnum that I do not want to talk to Eric because he's unprofessional and a liar. Instead, of him calling me back, he had Eric to call me.

Eric call and tell me he is willing to give me gas money since it was his fault. In replacement of the referral fee. So, basically Eric lied for over a month and inconvenience me just to get a sale. I had no idea about the referral fee until Eric mentioned it.

It's not about the money, it's the principle. Due to Eric's unethical conduct, I will never refer anyone else to this place.

It was professional and pleasant and it didn't take whole day. So I was I able to enjoy my car.

Every since I brought my car from Ourisman and took my car to be service, the gentlemen were very polite. The service was great and my car was fix with in a timely manner. Even if I needed a shuttle ride it was right there ready to rock and ride. I will never take my car no where else to get service but Ourisman.

The Criswell group is absolutely phenomenal they have great staff and the wide selections of vehicles are great! What else can I say about this dealership... they just wowed me with the great experience!

I will start of by saying ourisman back in the day they were "A" ok but now they are just horrible. I brought a used car from them [silver Chevy Malibu] loved the car plus I got approved even though my credit was low, but they got me this car told me that it will be ready the next day. Next day comes I pick up the car and mid mist of driving the car pulls to the left, I take it to the service department, and I'm told once it pass inspection it's out of there hands. First reaction is what the hell I just got the car, so I leave told them if this is how you handle business then screw this car, told to bring it back the next day. Come back the manager of the service department drives it and says it's nothing wrong, I go to another place and I'm told the car has over 70 pounds of pressure [strike one ourisman]. Next day car still pulls left being it back, told nothing is wrong take it to another place the enlightenment is way off for the front, come back tell ourisman then they adjust [strike two ourisman]. Drive the car one day and press the button on the button on the steering will and it falls in the steering will, come back to get it serviced through ourisman then told well they're way to busy and I have to make a appointment... I'm so far done with the car but my mom said just duke it out and make the appointment, I do plus take the car to be inspected and the service light cuts on, and the reader says it's misfiring. I come back to give the car back and why aren't any of the mangers here... not even the general manager, so if you think that this is worth it go for it but this struggle is not worth it.

I had a problem with my vehicle and after talking to the GM, the service team decided to help. After that initial conversation, Ourisman did a good job. They had my vehicle fixed and cleaned, ready in three days.
