We arrived @ the restaurant at exactly 4:10p.m. & put in our order 5 minutes later. Our food didn't arrive until 5p.m.& our steaks were suppose to be well done, but instead they were done medium rare,and the food was cold! Our waiter, Eric F. was more concerned with the table behind us, as they were talking about how he had just purchased a townhouse, and that conversation went on for exactly 10 minutes. We have never been treated soooooo badly @ a restaurant before! We made a complaint to the main office, but they didn't do anything about the matter of course, being that they already had gotten our $49.16. Next time we'll just go to Buffalo Wild Wings where the service is awesome and the waitstaff is caring towards their customers. Too bad for our waiter, Eric, cause if he would have had better customer service with us, he would have gotten a GREAT tip, but to no avail he got nothing! Definitely will never go BACK!
