Hertz

This Hertz left me stranded. They had me wait for six hours for pick up, then when they finally called me back, they said they would not come pick me up because it was too far. Part of the issue was that I tried to make a reservation through AAA, which said that they would pick me at my location, even if I didn't get the rental through insurance.



The reason why I don't recommend this Hertz is because, not only did they make me wait till every other rental option was closed before clarifying whether or not I was eligible for pick-up, but when they finally did call me, the man I talked to was incredibly rude. He was more concerned with blaming me than offering the standard apology that they could not pick me up. Awful customer service.
