        After 10 years in our home...the last 5 of which wanting to install central A/C, we finally bit the bullet and Steve and his team made it real easy! Professional, great communication, answered all our questions, prompt, courteous and clean!! We have a brand new system, installed beautifully, with all the right specs and it is just terrific!! I would highly recommend 911 heating and air !!!

        This company deserves a negative number! The technician came over and checked the outdoor unit. He tells me it needs Freon and a sealant. Cost will be $335. When I asked him why so much for the sealant? He got irate! He then says "I need to get my test equipment". He walks out, gets his equipment, then leaves! I thought he was going to get supplies or maybe go to lunch. Heck no! Just left! I waited a couple hours then called the company...got no answer..so I left a message. By the end of the day NO response what so ever from the company! I was going to approve the Freon but the tech ran off like a child having a tantrum!

        On 10/13/14 I had written a review about this company that was very unfavorable. Since the date it was posted, the company has performed in an OUTSTANDING manner and corrected any and all discrepancies. They have performed in a professional manner and I deeply apologize that I have not been able to remove the bad review. I have been and will continue to try and remove the unfavorable review. Unfortunately Dex is not able to tell me how to remove it and I will no longer write any reviews for anyone because of this.

        Great price....but within 3 weeks the unit was broken. When I called them, I got a recording saing they would be closed until October 14 because they were attending a wedding. They did not give a referral phone number in case of emergency. This is Florida and I am over 60. I MUST have air conditioning. I called another company and they came right out. They tell me the unit is so outdated they can't get parts for it and that some of the installation was done improperly. I am now stuck buying ANOTHER unit.

        Totally honest people. They know what they are doing and will fix the problem the first time. You owe it to yourself to call them at least for an estimate. You won't be sorry.
