I would give negative 5 stars I'd possible!! After getting my prescription refilled for my insulin 2 weeks ago they neglected to inform me that they wouldn't auto ship it like I asked bc it was over their "courtesy amount for shipping." When I called to see where it was, I paid the shipping and explained I needed it ASAP now since I was almost out of insulin. The next day I called to make sure it shipped and was told it was overnighted the day before. She gave me a UPS tracking number but UPS couldn't find it in their system. I tried to keep patient but my insulin was out. I'm type 1 diabetic and can not go without it. I called again last night and told now that it was overnighted yesterday instead of 2 days ago. It finally arrived this afternoon. I've been out of insulin for 2 days and I'm very thankful to a friend that let me borrow a couple days worth. This company could care less about it's customers. I'm beyond angry with them and will not give them another penny when they're willing to risk lives and lie about their process. Disgusting!!
