Chilhowee Pain Center

I have been going here for years! Since the new management took over in 2017, this place has really grown. The staff treats you like family, and they are genuinely the best staff I have found at a pain facility. They go by the book. They are strict with all the rules so that they can stay open. but hey that must be why all these other clinics are shutting down and they have been open for so long, I would recommend Chilhowee Pain Center to anyone if they like being treated as a person and not a "druggie". Like so many other clinics do. I only hate that they do not take insurance. But I still choose to go here.

have been going there for years the new administration is even better than the last, the Dr is very nice he recommends things to help me with my pain and the nurses are nice too..
But they do have rules so if you mess up don't talk crap about them, they have to follow the DA rules & laws bc if they didn't then the DA would come in and shut them down, at the end of the day they are running a business and has to follow rules, so if you mess up it's on you

Under NEW management! I would recommend anyone and everyone to come here. The staff was so helpful to me in my time of need, they helped me tremendously. and I am forever grateful for that. The staff is always willing to help .

Best Doctor/patient relations ever! Real caring about whole person. Patients are truly suffering; no druggies here. Armed guard gives safety feeling. No excessive waiting, plenty of open lot parking. Strict rules that keep the bad guys away. Dr Lebrun is a saint!

I left on my own accord because I found a clinic closer to where I live. Before I left they told me that I could never return to the clinic for any reason? Why would this be their policy? I followed all rules never failed a drug screen and got along with all the staff. This makes zero sense to me. What would be the reason to have this type of procedure. This is a very good clinic other than this one funky rule!

I wouldnt recommend this place to a dog...I was a former patient there and they treated me like S***!!! They dismissed me for no apparent reason... The administrator is a D*** and the employees there are mean and rude (except for one female nurse).... In fact I heard them all talking about me while I was in the small waiting area waiting to see the doctor one inpraticular receptionist with brown hair that was a B**** talked about me like I was scum...Everytime I went there they always lowered my medication said I didnt really need it... How would they know they are not in my body and can't feel my pain... Also they would always drug screen me and would go in the bathroom with me and watch like I was so prisionor...Before they dismissed me they tried every way to get rid of me called me in for a pill count and said I didn't have a working number...If I could give any one any advice it would be DO NOT GO TO CHILHOWEE PAIN CENTER!!!!

GREAT STAFF AND DR, USUALLY VERY QUICK IN AND OUT THEY ARE VERY STRICT AND GO BY THE STATE GUIDLINES, THEY DO DRUG TESTS EVERY MONTH... IWOULD RECOMMEND FOR SURE
