Lacks professionalism, communication, ethics, mutual respect. Takes 1-2 years to build a house that should only take 6 months to build. Hires women in as an office manager, for a fair pay rate, then tries to make them take on an additional full time position as an assistant project manager under the same pay rate....and the office manager/woman is the only one responsible for cleaning the bathroom, emptying everyone's garbage, dusting, sweeping and mopping the entire office.
