        Trying To Get Better

        The recent TD banks opening all around has slapped Chase in the face with a wake up call.
        Still need more people who know info on products etc. Getting any loan is a process that turns into a total frustrating fiasco and the branch is powerless and clueless. Forget about Refis.
        I don't need a 20yo personal banker who has no knowledge about banking.
        However at least they're trying, something the never cared about before, treating customers well.
