Amberwood Apartments

Old apartments with a lot of issues, a staff unwilling to deal with them, and a management company that is dead set on being the epitome of a slumlord from a D-rate movie. There are less expensive and better kept apartments in the area, only use these if you are in need of quick availability: which is the only upside.

They must have a new manager. I spoke with Kathy yesterday ... truly a very kindly and helpful person by phone.

Can't picture her acting any other way.

Nice Place but they need to hire a new property mananger she is mean and she treats people differently. doesnt know how to talk to people and is very very fake.
