        yes VERY bad attitude on part of manger.. many mistakes with orders.. Not happy at all with Burger King!

        Correct order

        my order was correct and my food was made how i ordered it but my onion rings were very cold. but over all the service was ok.

        attitude and service lacking

        I have experienced on multiple occassions receiving wrong food items and no thought to "have it my way" even considered. Recently I has an illness and I wanted a plain chicken and apple fries with it. I was told I could not have apple fries in a value meal (which I get all the time at other locations). When I fussed about it they did NOT even answer me they just gave me fries and put mayo and lettuce on my sandwhich and sent me on my way. I am furious with a place who insists that "you have it your way."
