Level 5 Tanning

Britney is awesome! She accommodated me and even came in to meet me when she was not at the facility and explain everything to me and the packages. It's always very very clean and kept. The people that work there are friendly and I have never once had an issue using beds. I have always been able to get right in. She also changes her bulbs frequently which is awesome. Love this place! I would suggest it to anyone!

BUYER BEWARE!! This is my first negative review on a business. This is the worst tanning salon I have ever encountered. Since the new owner (Brittany) it's been one issue after another. I came in to use the visits I had purchased under the old owner (Ashley) and was told they weren't in the system. She did not offer to compensate me for the 7 or 8 visits I had left and offered me an unlimited level 5 package at $90.00. Which might sound like a deal but they do everything to make it impossible to tan. Starting with, 1) You can't ever get in to use the bed. I went in the very next day after I purchased the package at 6pm and there was no one in sight. The sign in their window clearly states that they take their last walk up at 6:45pm and will possibly close at 7 if there's no more appointments. I got there at 6pm, 45 minutes before they take their last walkup, and there was no one there. Very dissatisfying.
2) New "rule", today I tried to walk in to tan and was told because of a state issue they have to give the bed rest before someone else can tan when there was nobody in sight. I asked her how many more appointments she had tonight and could not answer me. After I complained she let me tan for a whole 9 minutes, just sayin the bed was ice cold! I'm confident it was "completely cooled off".
3) They changed the rules to appointment only which is, due to my work schedule, impossible especially when they have signs in every room saying you will be charged if you don't cancel within 2 hrs of your appointment. When I brought this to the attention of the girl working she started shaking her head and saying they just "haven't had time to take those signs down". I laughed.
If you want to get a tan this summer don't come here!! You have a better chance at getting a tan in the dead of winter than this place.

It's ridiculous that just because there is a new owner, previously purchased packages are no longer honored. How does she expect to keep clients?
