My storage was behind, yet we had communicated with the owner about getting things caught up. It didn't go as planned. We sent a payment this month via bill pay through the bank. It got returned with a hand written note stating the contents of the storage were sold at auction on July 18. We had payed some of the balance just the month before the auction. The lease states that once payment is overdue, the owner will contact in person or via certified mail to the last known address. Found the public auction notice which showed my last address, yet he hand wrote a letter back to my new address. We have payed him using this method before so he had the address as well as our phone numbers.



He does not abide by his side of the contract and IS rude to out of town costumers. I live in Washington and had that storage over a year. And have just lost my whole lifes worth of things and memories and memorial items from a very beloved family Member dying.

The personnel are extremely nice and the units are well kept. I've never had any problems.

I have been there for 2 years and they keep the storage area very clean and secure. The manager is very pleasant and helps in anyway that he can!! Great storage facility.
