Patrick L. Falcon grew up in Monmouth County, New Jersey and attended St. John Vianney High School in Holmdel. He founded Falcon Law Firm, LLC in 1995 with the primary focus on representing the rights of injured individuals, striving to maximize settlement values to fairly compensate clients for the harm they suffered. Prior to practicing law, Patrick interned at the federal public defenderâ€™s office in Trenton New Jersey with the Honorable John Hughes, where he worked on high level criminal cases and attended numerous criminal trials. During law school he worked at Lester, Schwab, Katz and Dryer doing asbestos defense work. He gained valuable experience on how to conduct complex depositions and identifying potential new defendants in cases. After law school, he gained experience working at Price Waterhouse dealing with complex tax issues for international and commercial banks and negotiating tax reductions with the IRS. Patrick was involved in the forefront of pharmaceutical and medical device litigation early on. He was able to partner with other national law firms to recover millions of dollars for his injured clients.
