A Mattapoisette Florist

I had ordered Valentines flowers via Teleflora, and unfortunately the only local florist that had the bouquet I selected was A Mattapoisett Florist. After waiting all day for delivery, I gave them a call at about 4PM, spoke to a woman who stated they will be delivered today and should be on the next delivery round. At around 6PM we receive a call from someone at the florist asking if they can deliver the flowers on the 15th because they were busy. I said absolutely not, as this was a special order for our young daughter. (Being a florist, you should expect Valentine’s Day to be super busy and ensure you have the proper staff available to execute all orders promptly and correctly.) Finally at 7 PM they delivered them – they were not apologetic at all (actually a bit rude). Also, the quality of the flowers for an $80.00+ bouquet was sub-par to say the least.

I will stick with Garlington florist in New Bedford. I’ve had nothing but 5 star service and quality with them
