Tennis Made Fun

My girls participated in tennis lessons with Jen at Tennis Made Fun last year and thoroughly enjoyed it. No complaints from them or the instructor; however, I purchased a GROUPON for 12 additional lessons in May 2013 and attempted to redeem them for at least 2 months. After phoning Jen and leaving numerous voice mails, she would NEVER return our calls. I also attempted to get a refund and was told by GROUPON that they would not refund the money and that I could give the GROUPON to a friend! NOT!! Why would I subject my friends to the same ordeal of not being able to schedule a time for the lessons if we were unsuccessful! After 3 emails and 2 phone calls ( all duly noted at GROUPON) we have received a refund and not a credit for the amount of the purchase. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service of this merchant and would definitely not refer any friends or family members to take their children there. If there was an issue with my family participating, I would have hoped that she would have responding even via the numerous emails that we sent her that she did not want to honor our GROUPON!! Im only giving this business 1 star as it will not allow me to post without it!!

Jen is a fantastic teacher with flexible scheduling.
