Don Pablo's

the food was very good and the service we received was quiet nice but upon leaving the restuarant, we realized our car had been broken into. when we attempted to reenter the store (by this time it was 10 after closing) the host took forever to unlock the door. after all this was a crime and we had to inform the police. when we told him of the incident, he merely replied "oh yeah, that used to happen a lot but they caught the guy i thought". did he offer to call the police for us? no. did he sound remotely concerned? nope. so this of course put a bad taste in my mouth in regards to their service. one thing the host did do was tell us to call the manager in the morning to see if he was get us a free meal (not at all what we wanted to hear). what i wanted to hear was why if this had "happened a lot" did they not consider installing cameras in the parking lot. so my overall rating is not good if i have to worry about my car being burglarized while i'm eating. i would not recommend this branch, though the don pablo chain has great food experience otherwise. but their total lack of concern and poor responsibility towards their patrons safety is astounding. do not eat at this location if you value your vehicle and whats inside.

Great casual Mexican theme restaurant. Nice place to have dinner, a drink or meet friends. Usually has live music on weekends.
