nwo urgent care

The receptionist is very rude and so is the supervisor and some more members of the office. The black nurse that works there was very nice to me and so were the doctors but other than that everyone else was very rude and snobby. My husband needed some paperwork filled out and when it was supposedly filled out he was called by a staff worker to come pick the paperwork up. I went to pick it up and no one knew where it was and I was waiting for almost 2 hours until I decided to go see if they found it and the supervisor told me she couldn't fill it out. Don't have a clue as to why I was waiting so long. Never again will my family ever go to any nwo urgent care facilities. They are very inorganized and seem like they don't know how to run multiple offices and also do not know how to hire good staff.
