Bruces Sharpening

Been doing business with Bruce for a number of years. Service is always fast and accurate.

Bruce is possibly one of the rudest business owners I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. I called and spoke with his wife and business partner ( she's nice) and was quoted a certain amount for my sharpening however when I got the bill it was not what she quoted but more expensive. When I called to speak with her and ask why my price had changed I didn't get to talk to Terry but rather Bruce answered. When I told him why I was calling he said yea, Terry should have asked me first cause it's more expensive. I then said well I should have probably received a call to inform me about the difference. He was not at all apologetic as if it was my fault they misquoted but asked me how expensive it would be for me to replace my tools instead of sharping them. ( Not like that should matter). I told him and he replied "I guess this little added cost shouldn't matter." I said excuse me do you want our business and he said I guess I don't. Super disappointing. Would not recommend!!!
