Massage Treatments Available : Swedish - Light to Medium Pressure - A lighter, relaxing and tension relieving massage. Therapeutic - Medium to Deep Pressure - A more intensive focused massage with treatment goals in mind. Hot Stone - Use of heated stones to work deeper into the muscles thus creating a soothing yet relieving massage to sore and stressed muscles. Reflexology - Intensive massage of the hands and feet to work the entricate muscles which stimulates the nerves that refer to the correlating organs bringing relief throughout the body. Reiki - Relaxing energy work that helps stimulate release of past and current life tension and stress in the body. All sessions available by appointment only Monday thru Saturday.
