I went to get my car fixed and it got damaged instead.



One of the technicians backed into my parked car in the lot. Their was no structural damage, but my paint on my bumper was cracked and damaged as a result of the impact. The owner, Chuck Spencer, told me to go to a local auto body place and they'd take care of it. When I went there I was quoted a price? Why should I have to pay for the damage his business caused. Absurd and infuriating.



If you have any dignity and intelligence you'll stay away from this place.
