        excellent customer service

        I have been to the local car dealers(Ford) and have walked away feeling like I was raked over the coals. Was treated like they thought women had no clue to car repair.

        I went to Firestone on 10th street and the experience was wonderful. Was greeted by friendly staff, offerred coffee, and if they were busy, they would stop and tell u they would be right with you. Felix and Fred are great at their jobs. They keep u abreast of what is happening and if they found something while repairing the initial problem, they let u know. They go out of their way to find parts that are needed and will draw up an estimate. Very good care there.
