Owner is friendly and forthright. He also went out of his way to make sure the job was completed. Even working out in the rain to fix my sewer main break. Anticipated issues by calling the city out to fix their end of the plumbing. great guys, service and pricing.

These guys are awesome! Showed up fast, fixed the problem, and were respectful and honest. I know who to call next time there's a problem.

I finally found an honest, hard-working plumber. After the service I received from Jimmy, I will not use any other company. He's the only plumber I've had service my home who didn't leave me feeling completely ripped off. The service call fees are lower than anybody else and he tells you upfront how much the job will cost and you won't pay more. I had a catastrophic breakdown of a pipe under the foundation. Initially, I was told it may be a 4 day job. He got it done in a day and a half and was personally here to make sure everything went smoothly. He also worked with me and the insurance company to make sure I could reasonably afford the repair. I've never reviewed a plumber before, but I feel compelled to do so because no other plumber deserves your business like Jimmy. If you want an honest, personable plumber you can actually trust, call Jimmy. I'd recommend him to anybody.

Yellow Pages is not on their game here. I am Jimmy Cash and I own this company. If you take a look at some of the reviews here you will find most of them are a lie. One of the reviews is for a hotel, two of the reviews are by other plumbing companies (look at all thier other reviews- there are multiple reviews stating the same problem, just with other company names. And the review from 8/29/12 was for a water heater supply line, I have no record of doing a water heater supply line in August at all. I go out of my way to make my customers happy. I would highly recommend Jimmy Cash. My water heater broke in the middle of the night and we did find another company(First Call) to instruct us in the emptying(my water heater is in the attic) of the water so it wouldn't leak through the ceiling. However, that owner promised he/employee would be out at 7:00 a.m. the next morning, finally at 8:45 a.m. I got a call that they were on their way, they were estimating the repair would be $1400 which included a lower end quality water heater. In the time it took for them to be late, I had called for other estimates. I had researched most of the night and knew what the water heaters from top to bottom line cost and what neighborhood the labor should be in terms of cost. I was pretty perturbed when not only were they late but they were out of line with their costs as well.



I reached Jimmy Cash who asked questions and then told me his price would be $1100 firm for a Rheem water heater, installed, old one hauled away. He supervised the job himself, returning multiple times, talking with my 89 yr old mother who thought he was great. He showed up on the minute he said he would with great staffd, installed a quality water heater, cleaned up, hauled away, was polite, fixed a leaking downstairs toilet for free(and that means he installed all new parts in the toilet for free), and then gave my mom $20 bucks because he sat there and ate her taffy while they talked so she could replace her taffy stash! I was surprised he had a 1 rating on here from someone, I can't imagine that he would act that way. The first part of their review is inline with what I saw. My experience was excellent and I'd call him again in a heartbeat.

Not only was Jimmy a great plumber, he was so nice! We had a hot water heater blow out and Jimmy came out himself. The job he did was excellent and was almost 1/2 the price of my last hot water heater (no thanks Lowes). It wasnt his job but he spent the time to vaccuum up all the water and didnt charge me for it. I promised I would write a good review! I would reccomend Jimmy Cash to any of my family or freinds or anyone that needs a good plumber!

This plumber did not provide an estimate (my bad - I trusted him because of the Christian fish symbol on his website). The charge was outlandish. He charged in advance for a filter for one of our showers, called later in the evening and said he could not locate it. The next morning I called the owner to complain, and he said he would drop a check in the mail for the service and part. Then he called, said he fired the employee who did the work, said he would come out to take a look at the work and bring the check. He even called the morning of the appt. to confirm it, and didn't show. Today we discovered that not only was the work not done, but the shower is now reversed - what was between hot and cold before is now "off." I called the owner's cell to check in again, he picked it up and yelled "NO!" in the phone and hung up.
