PC Geeks Repair

Both my husband's and my computers have been worked on my Jeremy and would never use anyone else but him! Honest, extremely knowledgeable and outstanding customer service. This is so rare these days.

Place doesn't look like much from the outside, but it is the ONLY place I will go for any computer issues. Honesty, Vast Knowledge, and Beyond Exceptional Customer Service. This place is a hidden gem that is so rare!



I had a spill on my $2200+ MacBook Pro computer. I took it to the "geniuses" at the Apple Store who told me it would be an ABSOLUTE minimum $1,400 to repair and likely more! Another repair shop said they would have to ship it off and would be at least a month - 60 days and another high dollar estimate.



I was astonished when I walked in the tiny "PC Geeks" store in McKinney and was given hope by the calm professional straight forward employee named Jeremy, who turned out to be my savior. Jeremy was optimistic without being arrogant, and articulately explained possible scenarios,and we agreed on a very fair price for him to take it apart and do a diagnostic analysis.



Jeremy impressed me from the onset as a knowledgeable computer tech with integrity and only gained my respect and admiration more and more. He called me and updated me in a timely manner upon each stage of the process.



Only waiting periods were for parts to be delivered (all which Jeremy called to explain and get my authorization to order) and in a very reasonable time, Jeremy called to tell me my computer was fixed and ready for pickup, and that the initial diagnostic fee would be applied toward the total cost for repair, which came out to UNDER $200!!!



I have never written a google review before, but this experience with PCGeeks and Jeremy was just extraordinary!
