        Overall

        Not recommended. Contractor forgot initial appointment on 11/12 and was two hrs. late. Following the consultation he said he would send me a project proposal/estimate the following Monday. Never came. Several more days went by, I called and left a message to remind him...still nothing. Five weeks later still noting.
