        Overall

        Very poor after sale service. Waited 4 weeks for a repair on a brand new couch that I was told would be done in 3 weeks. Was told they had to decide how to fix it and now it will be another 3 weeks. Would not and will never recommend this store to another person. Pretty sad since I am a returning customer as well.

        WONDERFUL PRODUCT AND PEOPLE!

        I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AT SOFA SELECTIONS! THE STAFF WAS COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. NOBODY WAS PUSHING ME TO BUY, AND IT HONESTLY TOOK ME ABOUT 3 WEEKS TO DECIDE ON A SOFA AND THEY WERE PATIENT AND VERY NICE. I BOUGHT A KLAUSSNER SOFA WHICH IS A GREAT BRAND THAT PRETTY MUCH EVERYONE IN THE AREA SELLS, BUT SOFA SELECTIONS PRICES WERE WAY BETTER THAN ANYWHERE ELSE. EVERYTHING ARRIVED WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD, AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO PLEASED WITH MY FURNITURE. ALSO, IF ANYTHING EVER HAPPENS TO MY FURNITURE, THEY SAID THEY WOULD REPAIR IT AT NO COST TO ME. I COULDN'T HAVE CHOSEN A BETTER STORE!
