3 hours late for the load in. 3 hours late for the delivery. Grossly underestimated total weight that resulted in additional charges. List of items that were damaged include: Elliptical Machine, Lawn Mower, Vacuum Cleaner, and a Queen Mattress. Claims process has been a nightmare to get reimbursed for the damages. 15 spots of paint damage caused by the movers at the destination and they totally refused to reimburse for this.



After numerous complaints we were told that this level of service is typical of what to expect when hiring movers.



Also after encountering all these problems we did a lot of research online and found out the head of the company was a felon, convicted for 18 months on drug and weapons charges in 2010.
