Tony Collier arrived late and immediately treated me and my wife as if we had done something wrong . We only used this guy because our warranty company sent him . He looked our heat pump unit and then proceeded to tell me it had failed because of abuse . Not sure how one can abuse a heat pump by simply by maintaining it and using it for its intended purpose but that's what he said . When I protested then he changed his story to failure by electrical surge . Somehow this guy just seems to know all of the things that would not be covered in a home warranty and uses them against the homeowner so the warranty company can get out of paying a claim . It is very apparent when dealing with Tony that his loyalty lies with the warranty company and the homeowner is not important to him . Beware Tonys Heating and A/C Service and owner Tony Collier
