Nice place to shop. The store is very clean, only because its still fairly new. I would not EVER recommend working here. Full of drama and gossip! The managers have nothing else better to do then talk about other employees, criticize your work, and find things to write you up for!! And by that I mean they will mess something up on purpose just to see if you notice it and clean it up!!! Sometimes 5 minutes before your shift is over! You can apply for full time work if you want, but you won't get full time hours, Unless you work the overnight shift. 2 managers that work here are VERY unprofessional. A woman came in once with some coupons and held up the line. The manager later told me "i wanted to strangle that b*tch" !! Another manager named Mary Beth is always rude to customers, talks about you behind your back, sits in the office and watches you on camera waiting for you to make 1 little mistake. Sometimes all of the women employees will hang out in the office for hours watching you on camera laughing an gossiping while only 1 person is left on the floor to handle all the customers and ring them up! if you are late, be prepared to be screamed at over the phone by Mary Beth R., it doesn't matter if your grandma is dying or you just wrecked your car. You will be written up the second you call out, or are late for work. You are given all the dirty work while the mangers order you around. I mean really!! You are a manager at Walgreens!! Your career is working in a retail store!! You really have no right to think you are any better then anyone else!! This job offers sh*tty pay so there is really no reason to work here. You would be better off working at the Burger King of Wendy's across the street. Hope this helps if you are considering working here! It really is hell! For shoppers, it's actually an ok store!!! :)
