Gullo's Hair Salon and Boutique

Went for a dye. More dye on my skin than my hair. These pics are at my home after I left. I called and spoke with Maria Gullo to express my unhappiness with the amount of dye on my skin I cannot get off. She would not take the time to make an appointment with me to view my pictures. She only said that my hair was colored so I got what I paid for. She said I could come in on Wednesday and talk to the store manager but when I asked her why as the owner she wasn't concerned with an unhappy regular customer she said she is never there and doesn't handle these things. I thought others should see since this happened to me. My appointment was with Allyson but she double booked so she asked the shampoo girl Paige to color my hair. If I knew she was a junior stylist I would never had let her touch my hair but the biggest disappointment I have is with the owner. It caring... I will never go back.

I am a new customer - the first thing I noticed when I walked in was in was how CLEAN the place was. As I walked to the front desk, I had to walk through a little gift shop which offered spa products as well as an array of gifts. It was very quaint. The salon was a bit larger than I expected and, despite the large flow of customers and number of haircuts being done, the place was run like clockwork. They have a full time person at the front desk to take calls and greet customers (not a hair stylist who answers the phone while cutting your hair!), and they even offer online appointment scheduling once you're a customer -- a WONDERFUL perk. The hair stylist was professional, friendly, and listened to what I wanted. This place is great.
