Poor mechanics and poor customer service.

I have gone in several times with either simple or complicated needs over the years - just need a part versus bike rebuilds and e-bike conversion questions. Most times the tech/salespersons are condescending and superior. I don't generally make complaints like this online and I do know my way around a bike - so the unhelpful attitude is not appreciated nor was it warranted. Today - I was polite and patient while another customer was helped in the middle of our conversation since their question was brief and mine required some time.Not the first time this has happened. I now am just going to give up on this outfit and give other folks my business instead...

I have been riding for 20 years and this shop is the best. They have the right products and know how to support them.
