        Overall

        Very poor communication between members of the company! Erica, who took my order, did not communicate details of my order to her measuring/glass cutting team which and created unnecessary problems for my client and my company. Her excuse was: " It's hard to make arrangements when there are so many people have there hands a cookie jar". She speaks with you raising her voice, trying to intimidate you to make you regret that even call them to place an order. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
