I have been using Allstate Air and Heat for more than 10 years now. I can't say enough great things about their customer service and the professionalism of their work. They are on time, they communicate regularly, and I like the fact that they take the time to present us with various options and pricing. They have always been very honest with us and dealt with a high level of integrity.....and that is hard to find these days! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Do not use this company. They are either unqualified to fix air conditioners or blatantly trying to rip people off for their own gain. They sell a product that is defective and charge for each repair. Do not purchase Amana or Goodman air conditioners. Amana is owned by Goodman. They are known to have coil leaks. We have had our coils replaced 3 times in less than 5 years. Coils are covered by the warranty, however refrigerant and labor are not covered. Allstate could have changed the coils for free out of good will given the first set failed within a year of the new system being installed, but they charged over $500. After the second coil failure we stopped using Allstate. We are currently looking into installing another system altogether after only having the Amana system 4 years. Total waste of money.

THANKS, THANKS, THANKS to Rod, owner of Allstate Air and Heat, for his excellent work and, moreover, his honesty. My a/c unit went down in the home I own and rent to my son and his roommates. Of course, this happened over Memorial Day weekend. I was unable to reach Ron, so I contacted another “emergency a/c service” and a tech came the next day. He diagnosed my a/c problems and convinced me that I needed a new unit which was quoted at $4000.00. Until then, he was unable to get any air on in the home.



On Tuesday, the day after Memorial Day and third day without air, I called Rod and asked for a quote on a new system. Rod came out, immediately, and rather than selling me a new system that I absolutely believed I needed, checked the old one, replaced one part and voila, air conditioning. Total cost to me, $233.00.



Rod could have simply sold me a new unit, but instead, he was incensed that someone had tried to con me this way. I am so grateful to Rod for his honesty and, as always, his wonderful a/c work. This is a man and a company I can trust to do the job and do it well and fairly.

Super service all the way around. It was a pleasant surprise to feel totally comfortable with the service technicians and Owner right from the start! The Owner of the company made a point to call me personally and discuss the issues. Everyone I dealt with was very concerned about how I felt and they took extra care to make sure all my problems were fix correctly and to my satisfaction. They made sure all my questions were answered before they received payment. All in all, it was a very satisfying experience and I will only use their services in the future!
