In March my dryer went out , then in April the washer ! Both times great service, friendly .. delivery guys did a good job also

I called ahead to get a dryer because my 5 year old unit blew. I called and was told that they had one just like mine "Brand new in the box." they delivered it and when I pulled the lent trap out it was covered in lent i called Maytag and they said that the dryer had been sold to a Lowes in NC and had been registered to another family. I called them back and they said that Whirlpool had sent the dryer to them as a new dryer. They said they would make it good and send me a better dryer "Brand new in the box." What arrived was a 3 year old scratched up floor model. On starting it it shook like a washer with an unbalanced load. The delivery drivers said that was normal and took off. Maytag sent a repair technician who said I needed a new drum and roller wheels. I don't often give a 1 star rating and I hate writing bad reviews but this was just a slap in the face to me.

Good atmosphere and music. The salesperson was great he knew everything. Bought a range to replace in a rental property (tenant broke the door on my old one) for a good price. They have a lot of appliances in the store but they don’t keep it very clean. Overall it was a positive experience though and I will shop there again.
