Ron T, I don't know what your problem is, I have used Frank for year, and he has been exemplary and goes out of his way too make sure I am 100% satisfied. I have also checked around, but no one comes close to the rate or customer service.

This company has agents who are arrogant and incompetent. I don't know about personal insurance policies but if you are a company all I can say is I found a policy $3,000 less expensive with a higher rated company and features more tailored to my business. I used this company for quite a few years but decided to check around after rates kept increasing. I worked with one of their agents but he got upset at me because I had inquired with other insurance companies. The company I found on my own was not one he even knew about. Use them at your own risk.

Their customer service is good and they saved me big time on my home owners insurance. They have access to like 20 different home owners insurance companies. More options = finding the best rate for each person.
