Do not order from them!! My daughter ordered directly with this so called florist a Mother's Day arrangement. It arrived on Tuesday (2 days after Mother's Day) the arrangement was a bouquet of old flowers in a small vase with dirty water nothing like the online image. The owner hung up on my daughter after calling her a B---h when my daughter called about their 100% guarantee (It doesn't exist) . Horrible customer service!!!! Shabby product. Impossible to reach by phone. My family orders floral arrangements for special occasions and holidays all the time. There are far better florists in Melbourne then this family run business. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!

i ordered flowers to be delivered monday and was informed that no they would be delivered tuesday and when they were finally delivered they were not the flowers i ordered and not even the same colors, they looked awful together. then when i called to ask about this i was put on hold and then hung up on. then i called back and spoke to the owner who told me to stop bitching and hung up on me again. and i have been trying to call back with no one picking up. i just want a refund for the awful service, and the awful flowers that were delivered late.

Kreation's florist did a beautiful flower arrangement for my friend's daughter's funeral.When I called to place the order the person I spoke with was not only courteous, but she kind and she helped me come up with a beautiful saying for the card. I was emotional, and was having a hard time putting into words what I wanted the sympathy card to read. The lady I spoke with was very patient, and caring. When I saw the arrangement, I was so very pleased. It was so beautifully done... Thank you so much...

Worst place ever they were supposed to brin my mom flowers today for mothers day cuz she goin out of town they promised me delivery by 11 so i just called at 12:30 and they told me cant be delivered until mon cuz driver didnt come to work well who wants mothers day flowers after mothers day? And they never comtacted me to even tell me? This company sucks they ruined my moms mothers day im in mass and she in florida and i took a chance on this FRAUD COMPANY and got burned i cant even get my money put back on my card to use for another florist cuz now they say takes few days to put back on my card...and they were cold about it never even said sorry stay away you have been warned

They did a beautiful job for my daughters party. I needed flowers painted a certain color to match decor. They came out perfect and my daughter loved them.
