Working with Chef Cathy was a great experience. The food was delicious and her staff was very professional. She was very supportive of my vision for my wedding. Chef Cathy was flexible and handled all my last mintute changes very gracefully. It was truely a blessing to have Christian Culinarian LLC a part of my wedding. I also rented chairs and an arch-- both items were great.

All of our guests raved about the food we served at our seminar. It was fresh, different, and delicious. Her desserts are to die for.......brownies, key lime tarts, cheesecake. We had both hot and cold appetizers with the spinach capae tartlets and mini crabcakes being the guest favorites. Definitely will use Chef Cathy for all of our seminars and employee events going forward.

Chef Cathy is a wonderful person to work with! We use her services for our business meetings, executive board meetings, and I personally used her for my sister's bridal shower. It was a great pleasure to meet Chef Cathy. When planning our event, she was helpful with suggestions and ideas. I wanted this wedding event to be a little different, and she helped me to accomplish just that. The prices were good and so was the food. The service and professionalism were excellent.

My father passed away in June of this year and I wanted to ensure that all who came to pay their respects and remember his life were treated with a sumptuous meal. I hired the Christian Culinarian. The food was very delicious and presented with love and care. Everyone who came thought the meal elegant and tasty. Chef Cathy worked lovingly with me to plan the meal and cater to the special needs of a few of the guests ( 2 needed vegetarian meals and 2 needed gluten free). I ordered pasta primavera with chicken picatta as the main course. Although not called for, it was plated over fresh spinach, which wilted with the heat fronm the cooked pasta - ooh la la. The vegetables in the primavera were grilled - an extra special touch. I cannot say enough good things about the business. How can you top excellent food and loving service? Cathy also emphasized that she wanted to present the best package to me at the best price. I truly believe that is what I got. Thank you Chef Cathy... you and your staff are one in a million.

All of our guests were blessed and impressed by the wonderful service and the beautifully presented food. It was all hot and delicious! The staff were gracious and attentive to everyone's needs. Michael went above and beyond to acommodate our special scheduling problems, and all with a gallant smile and a "No problem!" Everyone loved the fruit tree presentation, which added a special touch. In every aspect of our business together Chef Cathy was professional, accommodating, and communicative. I highly recommend The Christian Culinarian.

We chose Chef Cathy and The Christian Culinarian after my mother read an article about her food ministry in the local paper. My father passed away after 85 great years on this earth and we wanted to serve a light lunch at the reception following his memorial service at St. Timothy's Lutheran Church in Melbourne. We met the week before with Chef Cathy and she pointed out some of the great luncheon items she made for light lunches. We decided to select the wraps trays, some yummy sandwiches, Chinese cashew salad, the pasta salad, a tray of quesadillas, and three soups. Let me tell you, the shrimp bisque was so smooth and loaded with shrimp that not a drop of it remained when we finished our lunch! The Christian noodle soup that Chef Cathy gives away was far superior to anything Wolfgang Puck can make. The wraps were generously - and deliciously - filled and the sandwiches were superb. I was in town with a television shoot for 2 weeks and even with the heat, the bugs and the long hours, sitting down for lunch prepared by Christian Culinarian made everything feel like heaven. The food was delicious beyond words. Everything was home-made with care and precision and that love for cooking really showed in the food. Chef Cathy and her team were such a delight as well.
