Bow Wow Bouique N Spa

I took two dogs in for grooming at 9 am. I called at 3 pm to are if they were ready one was just for a bath the other a full groom. They said the dog for a full groom had not been started. They called back a short time later to tell me he would be shorter then I had requested. When I picked them up he was sheared to the skin. Then charged me 156.00 for a butch job. When I complained Bow Wow accused me of neglect. This dog had been groomed by them just a few weeks prior. They have gone the way of many shows started out doing a good job then take on too many dogs to do a good job on.

Awful place-people don't care. Will NEVER use them again.
