Chicago Mufflers

I took my car in for a catalytic converter and this group did such a absolute horrible job. I took it back to them 4 times because the catalytic converter kept coming loose. I was fed up and took it to my dealership where I was told this shop used the wrong part in my car. I quote "aftermarket catalytic converter was too long with custom piping causing excessive tension/on flex pipes and exhaust system causing some of the shaking issue at higher speeds." I am now seeking legal assistance to recover every last penny I paid these deceitful and fraudulent individuals.
