        Overall

        I ordered a branded item in its most-common finish and they sent it to me in a finish for which there is little demand, hoping I would just settle for it. This was through the Web site faucetshark.

        They later (after I complained) sent me the correct item without prior notification after I had already ordered it (again) from another source, having given up on them.
