Baumers Footwear

I bought my 13yr old daughter a pair of Birkenstock Arizonas from Mr. Baumer and later she decided she wanted a pair of Birkenstock milanos for school because at her school sanders must have back strap. Well they didn't stock them in the color she wanted and the factory was out of her size and didn't know when they would make more. So I figured "forget Birkenstocks with strap". Well about a month or so later the phone rang and it was Mr Baumer and he had a pair if we still wanted them. Now that's "old school" customer service. And local also, I'm hooked! He also told me he "resoles" Birkenstocks in house with about a week turnaround. I'll be back.

Shopped today 8/16/10 about 4pm and the young gentlemen was very helpful and asked questions to make sure the shoe fit. Not only that, the store actually had the size and I did not have to run around to other stores. Also, we are an active duty military family for 18+ years and he gave us a military discount.
