Bonnies Fabulous 10 Nail Salon

My teenage daughter and I had Living Social certificates to have manicure/pedicures. We got beautiful manicures/pedicures. Ms. Bonnie and her daughter are lovely women! We will be going back! Beautiful nails, great conversation, time with my daughter and another mother and daughter, what a great experience!

This business is rated -10 stars. I've tried to schedule appointments several times in the last couple of weeks, but was not ever able to get an appointment at a time I could come. I called again today to schedule an appt. 13 days from now on a Wednesday. When I questioned the availability for a mid-week appt., I was told very rudely "only you and 400 other people want appts. that day!" When I suggested Tuesday they " were closed". When I told her I had been trying for a while to get an appt., she said that "all you people with those certificates are only worked in after our regular customers". I had never even told her that I had a Living Social voucher before she came across with her attitude. I hope the owner of this business will see this complaint and realizes what kind of unprofessional, arrogant, rude person is representing this establishment when their phone is answered. I own my own business and I guarantee that I would have fired anyone on the spot that represented my business in that manner. BY THE WAY, I called Living Social and they immediately refunded the amount I paid. These businesses have pocketed money whenever you have bought certificates. Don't let them get away with making it impossible for you to use them. I'll bet that any of us that actually did get an appointment would have ben treated just as rudely while we were there. Businesses should not participate in Living Social if they do not want new customers!

These people are very, very rude. I purchased a Living Social Deal for a manicure/pedicure at Bonnie's Salon, and every time I tried to call and schedule an appointment the person that I spoke with was very rude from the moment they answered the phone. You cannot run a business successfully with people like that answering the phone. Even though I've already paid for this deal, I will NOT be going there. I will also let everyone I know about them. I highly recommend going somewhere else.
