Easy PC

Strange company... I called to find out about high speed DSL. Without any inquiry on her part she shared that she could not help me reasoning was that "they serve only certain customers".... whatever that means. I would serve any customer that had the money myself, but thats just me. They are also a check cashing store??? ...even tho it states "Easy PC" above the door???? I am so confused by them.

First of all, EASYPC fixed laptop problem within 48 hours, and I haven't had a re-occurrence of the BSOD (better known as the "Blue Screen Of Death") since they repaired it on September 24, 2012 (a month ago).



The icing on the cake, so to speak, was the great service that I received from everyone there - everyone from the receptionist to the technician (Wesley) was very sweet. They were very nice, honest, and incredibly transparent in regards to answering any questions that I may have had.



Most importantly, their price for the repair was very affordable and fair; I paid under $80.



At the end of the day ... I am very satisfied, and I know that you will be too.



Take my advice, "Go with EASYPC."

Going into this business, I thought it was ok. I only purchased money orders. I noticed as time went on the lady in the office was very sarcastic but brushed it off as just her trying to be funny but failing. Later, I applied for a loan with her and was approved and although I paid my balance in full she still tried to charge me again for the full loan amount. She did not explain the terms well she lied about the terms to sum it up. This is a place that targets the financially lower class and uses and abuses people for their own monetary gain!!!!!!! Beware of EASY PC, do not do business there if you like honest, hardworking individuals b/c all you will get is fake, sneaky and underhanded service. If I could I would take that one star away cause they dont deserve that one!
