Last year during our National Convention in November 2007, We were very hungry after a long day of Religious events, It was about 1:00 p.m. in the morning on a thursday night. We stopped at a convenience store and asked a police officer if there was a good place to eat. He replied, you just left a place close by the Fedex Forum on Beale Street. We ate there the next three nights and was always satisfied and full. This little place across from the Blues Club offered a full meal at that hour and very prompt and courteous service to match. We are yet talking about Miss Polly's and the wonderful Soul Food. The Food was always seasoned to perfection, hot and presented with a smile. Oh yes! Because we were with a Church Convention, the owner made sure we had the right type of music while dining. You must try the Fried Chicken, Catfish, Greens, Macaroni and Cheese.....mmmmMMM MMM GOOD!! I am looking forward to visiting you again this week. Keep up the good work.....!
