Although OPACH is a small business, their professionalism, attention to detail and cleanliness, expertise and willingness to share knowledge from their experience far exceeded any of the big businesses my wife and I have used for air condition replacement services in our 40+ years as homeowners on our multiple properties. Their support started with a thorough explanation of what we needed and options, a detailed competitive invoice quote for our insurance company and followed with a quick installation and summary of work performed for submission to our insurance company. My air conditioning went out late Friday night. The next morning I called several companies. Most told me that it would be Sunday or even Monday before they could come out. Service call fees ranged from 45 dollars to 80 on top of parts and labor. When I called OPACHS they technician was polite and helpful, telling me that they could be by within the next hour or so. When the the technician and his apprentice arrived they were friendly and professional, worked quickly, and made sure to explain what was occuring before attempting any repairs. OPACHS employed flat-rate pricing and the initial service fees were incorporated into the price not in addition to it. The technician did not attempt to pressure me to up sale but did make some suggestions on how to improve the longevity of my system and what I may wish to consider in regards to maintainance prior to winter. Overall, the experience with OPACHS was pleasent. More importantly service was quick and affordable. I would recommend them to others.
